H&S Building Services

High-End Residential ICF Newbuild, St Albans 📍

About the Project

We worked with H&S on one of their latest ICF new build homes in Hertfordshire, capturing professional drone footage and ground camera content across three key visits - from early-stage construction through to completion.

Our aim was to produce high-quality social media and website-ready footage that built long-term trust with their audience by showcasing not just the build, but the people behind it. On-site interviews with the Director and Architect gave their audience a clear, personal insight into what the build involved, while footage of the ICF blocks being poured and assembled helped explain the benefits of this energy-efficient method of construction.

Across the series, we combined drone aerials with wide and detailed ground cam footage to highlight action on-site, materials in use, and standout build features.

The first-visit (only) final videos reached over 30,000 views organically - supported by behind-the-scenes moments that humanised the brand and increased engagement. You can view content from our three visits below:

Second Visit

For Visit 2, we returned to the project in St Albans, Hertfordshire for a focused half-day evening shoot on the same ICF new build project. This session was all about capturing drone visuals during golden hour, to showcase some of the ongoing progress. The resulting social media reel helped H&S stay visible and actual online, showing regular work and changes between milestones to continue to build trust with their audience through, professional construction videography content, and the consistency of posting.

Third Visit

Our third and final visit capturing the project fully completed is coming soon! Stay tuned to see the result!
